  • Liturgical Ministries (Lector, Extra-ordinary Minister of Holy Communion, Usher, Sacristan, Minister of Care to the Homebound)

  • Extra-Liturgical Ministries (Linen Laundering, Decorating, Sanctuary Cleaning)

  • Altar Server Program (Student Altar Servers, Adult Leaders)

    • Our Altar Server Program organizes your students into a reverent and skilled altar server corps. The Program forms them in an authentic understanding of the liturgy and encourages them to take ownership of their faith and responsibilities, becoming leaders for those around them.

• Liturgical Ministry Manuals containing procedures for each ministry, personalized to the specifications of your parish.

• Organization and hosting of a twice yearly volunteer recruitment drive for new members to the above ministries.

• Setup and maintenance of online liturgical ministry scheduling system.

• Monthly meetings with Pastor to ensure strategic alignment of vision.

• Semi-monthly meetings with Liturgical Advisory Council.

• Evaluation of parish liturgical practices, and guidance for compliance with Canon Law and Liturgical Norms.

• Annual detailed and personalized scripts in bound book for the following:

• Major OCIA Rites (Rites for Entrance, Sending, Scrutinies)

• Palm Sunday

• Holy Thursday

• Good Friday

• Easter Vigil

• Planning and on-site direction for 4 additional liturgical events of your choice during the year, with scripts provided.
